The staff is fantastic! Kimberly at the front desk went out of her way to accomodate us. Both she and Randi helped me through a stressful moment with my credit card (technical diffidulties). Randi also gave us some pointers about the lakes nearby. Carolyn is so kind! She takes care of the buffet breakfast & keeps everything fresh & clean. Alex checked us in- he is such a polite young man, and the cleaning staff is great. Gave us extra towels, etc since we brought our granddaughter with us this time. We'll be back during our next fishing trip. The staff made us feel at 'home'. Thank you all!

The assistant was a hard worker and she made sure her breakfast selections were presented attractively. The customer service representatives were very pleasant and helpful. I like the location of the motel. There were a lot of general shopping stores around there and restaurants or fast food places to eat.

The overall room was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was great for a disabled person like myself; grab bars in the right places. Nice amenities such as coffee maker in the room. Very quiet so good acoustics. Breakfast was adequate; nice fluffy scrambled eggs and sausages. Nice breakfast area.
